Terms and Conditions of Sale

All sales are final. DreamBigger Pictures reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Numbered prints and originals usually have a limited 'xx per person/ household' policy, unless otherwise noted.

Items may be oversold occasionally due to website inventory tracking errors. In this event your order will be promptly refunded or you will be offered a suitable alternative. Sorry about that.

International customers are responsible for any additional import fees due upon delivery.

Variations

Due to the hands on nature of screen printed and original art, variations may naturally occur which can cause slight differences, image variations or blemishes in the final product than advertised.

Resellers / Bots

The aim of DreamBigger Pictures is to place artwork with collectors who intend to keep and enjoy the work. If there is reason to believe items have been purchased solely for resale, such orders may be cancelled.

Any items purchased using automated bots to gain an unfair advantage may also be cancelled. Orders placed by humans and suitably advanced primates only please.

Returns

Returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless an item arrives damaged. In this case please contact the artist via the contact page within 7 days of receiving the shipment. A refund or replacement will be processed upon return of the damaged item back to the studio.

If an order is returned to the studio due to any address errors upon checkout or a failure to accept delivery, the original shipping charges cannot be refunded and the customer will have to cover the additional charges to re-ship the item.
